Steps for Exchange or Refund:

Package the Product: Carefully pack the item you wish to return.

Email Notification: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Request Exchange or Refund.” In the email, describe the issue with the product.
Conditions for Exchange or Refund:
We will gladly issue you a replacement item or refund for the following reasons:
- You receive an incorrect item
- Your order contains damaged product(s)
- Your order has a printing mistake
- Part of your order is missing from the package
Return Timeframe:
Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days from the date your package is delivered.
Responsibility for Return Products:
- BonsaiAquariumTree Store will provide a pre-paid label for damaged, misprinted, or defective items. For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Processing Time:
Once we receive the returned product, please allow 6-10 business days for processing. All returned products will undergo inspection for approval/rejection. If approved for a refund, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to receive the refunded amount.
Conditions for Returns:
We cannot accept customer returns or exchanges if the product has been washed, worn, or if the request is made after 30 days from the date of delivery.
